Intake Coordinator

Diandra Alvarez is a key part of the Rissell Law APC team. Diandra is bilingual, and is fluent in both Spanish and English. Rissell Law APC requires all potential clients to undergo the Firm’s intake process with Diandra prior to the attorney contacting potential clients.

Diandra is a dedicated team player with over 10 years of experience in administrative and legal support roles across law firms, service companies, and the hospitality industry. With a background in legal administration and client relations, she specializes in being the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring a smooth and professional intake process that sets the foundation for effective legal representation.

Diandra takes pride in her ability to communicate with empathy and clarity, especially when dealing with sensitive or complex factual and legal issues. Diandra is a skilled English to Spanish and Spanish to English translator, which allows the Firm to connect with and represent a broader range of clients, including mono-lingual Spanish speakers. Diandra supports both client and potential client needs while maintaining a client-centered approach. Diandra also occasionally performs videography work for the Firm’s non-expert depositions.
