Kelley brings over 10 years of legal experience spanning civil litigation, family law, estate planning, and other practice areas. Her career goals came to life when her love of the law and passion for helping people converged in her work as a legal assistant. Driven by her eagerness to learn and grow, she completed Paralegal studies at Cerritos College – an achievement that led to her recent promotion to Paralegal.

In her new role at Rissell Law, Kelley provides essential support to the firm by managing case files, drafting documents, trial preparation and helping ensure that every matter progresses efficiently. She continues to deepen her legal knowledge while supporting clients through some of their most challenging moments. Kelley believes everyone deserves to understand their rights and is committed to helping each client navigate the legal process with clarity and compassion.

Known for her strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, Kelley brings the same dedication to her personal life as a mother of three. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and volunteering in her community.
