Jessica Juarez is a San Francisco based, plaintiff-side attorney, known for her unwavering commitment to justice, deep grounding in human rights, and strategic litigation on behalf of workers and injured individuals. Ms. Juarez brings a personalized, compassionate approach to every case she takes on.

After graduating early from UC Berkeley, Jessica began her career at the International Labor Organization, an agency of the United Nations, working on global labor issues. She went on to earn her Master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University and her J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law.

Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, Ms. Juarez has represented clients from diverse backgrounds in complex cases involving workplace discrimination, retaliation, wage theft, and catastrophic personal injury. 

She has litigated against governmental entities, school districts and major corporations in cases involving significant burn injuries, traumatic brain injuries and aviation cases. Ms. Juarez also represents disabled individuals and their families in cases against airlines that fail to ensure safe, respectful access to air travel.
